Our Foundation Sires

"Doc Holiday"

"Doc" x RIV 744 "Fancy"

Our best son from the "Doc" ram. We were fortunate to have a chance to get him back after the Chris Mowen family used him as a stud ram for two years.
Our 2021 fall lambs will be out of him  and his best son, "G-man," owned by the Dyer Family of Indiana.

"Long Genes" RIV 780

2019 Midwest Stud Ram Sale

"Longfellow" RIV 850

Reserve Junior Champion Ram

2019 National Katahdin Show

North American International Livestock Exposition

Sired by "Long Genes"

Owned by Jessica Larrick, Ohio

We've retained breeding rights to this ram.

Pistol is a Prairie Lane Farm ram that we got the opportunity to purchase half interest in. He was 1st February ram lamb at the 2015 North American International Livestock Expo in Louisville, Kentucky. He's sired by their Rebel ram. Above he's shown in his "working" clothes out with the ewes. Below is his picture from his show days. He produces lambs that will work for the commercial flock or the show ring. Great patterns, good feet & legs and a lot of bone. Check out his progeny on our Sale page.

We purchased Pipestone’s (Doc Kennedy) 1st place February ram at the 2014 NAILE. He is a “First Ever” son.

"Oh Henry"

We acquired “SHU 3545” from Henry & Becky Shultz. This ram is the result of mating his sire (a Centralia son) back to his grandma. We really like his lambs!

Shultz 3743

We were happy to purchase half interest in this super stud prospect from Henry& Becky Shultz this spring, we will have fall lambs by him this fall!!

He was 1st March Ram Lamb at the 2015 National Katahdin Show in Louisville, Kentucky.
