We had a lot of candidates for our $1000 scholarship, We were able to award two scholarships this year. Award winning applicants are Rhett Hancock and Brandon Zuercher.

Brandon Zuercher is from Ohio. Brandon is a KHSI member, FFA State Farmer and Ohio Sheep improvement Award winner. Brandon is attending Ohio State University where he is majoring in Animal Science-Nutrition.
Rhett Hancock is from Illinois. A sophomore at Olney Central College, 3.16 grade average and KHSI member.
He has been working part-time at Walmart, and showing his Katahdins in the Midwest. He plans to major in Civil Engineering.
